Ordering
Simply add the Wellfrenzy products to the shopping cart in the quantity and variation you want to order. To start the purchase in the shopping cart, simply click the “Add to Cart” button.
Note: You do not need a customer account to buy products on xtrakal.de. However, a customer account can offer you advantages, for example, it keeps track of the Wellfrenzy products you want.
Don’t worry! We are working at full speed to get sold-out products back in stock as quickly as possible. We have a “notification” function that is intended to inform you by email when the desired product is available again, so please sign up for a reminder email via the product image.
In your shopping cart, you will see all the Wellfrenzy products that you have selected for your purchase so far. You can find the total amount of your purchase at the very bottom. If everything is correct, click the “Checkout” button to complete your order and receive your products as quickly as possible.
After you have placed the order, we will send you an email with your order number as the subject line. If your order status changes, we will notify you by email. In your email notification, you will also find a link for shipment tracking so that you always know where your Wellfrenzy products are.
We will send you your invoice within 30 minutes of receiving your order. You will find it as a PDF in the form of a Download Link in your order confirmation. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder first before contacting info@wellfrenzy.co. Our team will then send you your invoice again.
No, don’t worry, you can of course also do without a customer account. We want to make the purchasing process as easy as possible for you. We have only worked in our customer accounts. What are the advantages of a customer account at Wellfrenzy? With a personalized customer account, you will not have to enter your data in the future to see the order status at any time. The products you have bought from us in the past will be in your shopping cart. Otherwise, you have the full overview.
If something went wrong with the delivery and you have received a wrong product, please contact us immediately with the following information: Your order number, product you ordered but did not receive, product you received instead, and a photo of the product you received.
As soon as we have received the information above, we will take care of the situation as quickly as possible. Depending on the case, our support team can also verify further evidence and verify that you have actually received a wrong product, and we can create an immediate ticket for you.
Please do not send a wrong product back unless one of our Customer Happiness Managers has instructed you to do so. This can prevent errors in the process.

Shipping and Delivery
Do you already have an Wellfrenzy account? Great! Simply log in to our online shop, where you can view the current processing status of your last order. Once the order has been fully processed, you can click on “Order Information” to view the current shipping status.
You do not have an Wellfrenzy account yet? As soon as your order has been fully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the subject “Your order is on its way”. You can then use the link provided to view the current shipping status. Please don’t worry if you haven’t received the email yet! It usually takes about 24-48 hours for the order to be processed in the shipping system. The shipping status may only be available about 24 hours after dispatch.
Yes. You can specify in our checkout that your billing and shipping addresses are different. Once you have selected this option, you can add an additional billing address.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer customized packaging. However, all Wellfrenzy packaging is designed to be neutral.
We currently ship with DHL. However, we are working on offering you more shipping providers.
